Minimum investment: $120,000. Targeted gross return: up to 24% annually. Includes a targeted 12% preferred return, subject to the offering documents. Investment horizon: 5–7 years. Operational in approximately 6–8 weeks. Monthly distributions depend on available cash and offering terms.
